How important is communication for a writing team? Communication is the passing of information. In a team, communication is critical and desperately needed. Without communication, someone or a whole group would not come together on the same objective. One person may go in one direction, another in another direction, and so forth. This will cause a writing team to fall a part. They will not know what another is writing about or how they are writing. Without communication information will not get from one person to another. You cannot work under such conditions. Speak, writing, or use sign language with each other to become a successful writing team.
