There are several reason a good product may get over looked. I believe the biggest one of them all, especially for me is bad timing. You could have the best product or service in the world, but the world has to be ready for it. It may take years before they give a new product or service a try. Timing is everything and time is something you could never get back. Time is more value than money. Yet, money is what makes and keeps, businesses, organizations, companies, entrepreneurs and etc. going and functioning on a regular consistent basis. You can be success without money. On the other hand, you can be unsuccessful if the consumers or your audience is not ready for your product in any way shape or form. Timing has to be landed correctly!

How was your Memorial Day? Even though the day is truly for all of our troops, it is a time for us as a country to come together as one. That is family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and distant relatives. Technology gives us the ability to do just that instantly. There should not be any excuse to connect with our love ones. Business is business so work always needs to be done. I worked on Memorial Day, but I took the time out my Sunday after work to spend time with family and friends. It was a joyful time and experience. I want to work up to a point a do not have to work again ever in my life to create more moments such as the hours consumed. That show there is beauty in life, even on the darkest days. I would love to give a special shout out to my brother Maurice A. Dixon, my cousin Kevin Harvey, my step father Steve Mac, and Uncle Eric Malone. May I also add all the troops and service men and women from all branches. I thank you and warmly applaud you. You are the best. Thank you!

Neuromarketing is important because it utilizes the five senses. Also it states, brand logos are not effective, ads with sex appeal do not sell, successful brands function like religion, warning labels on cigarettes do not work, and it is an evolving marketing method. I personally like the new generating ideas of neuromarketing. It is a more direct version of target marketing. Most say it is a concern of their privacy. I am not concerned that marketers will invade my privacy by influencing what I buy. I use the internet and a mobile phone which both puts my privacy at risk. Technology is highly developed and advance in this day and age.
If we know what the buyer(s) are thinking, we would know what to directly provide for and to them. The world is becoming more and more divided each day. Although this is happening, the world has became more open with its privacy. This could be looked as a win-win benefit to both the seller and buyer, because marketer will not waste their time or the time of others by pinpoint each other needs.

Who does not appreciate Groupon?
I believe that is remarkable that Groupon does allow customers to return a Groupon and if they used it and was not satisfied. Many companies and organizations will not take the time out to reward customers with a great experience in any way. Groupon goes out of their way to make sure their users are pleased or thank them for trying. It is a low risk consumption. If you find deal on Groupon, take it. What do you have to lose?

Does school grades determine how smart that student really is?
In my case no. I was once a victim of the laziness and unfocused. In high school, when it came to class work I busted my butt and worked as hard as I could. With homework, I was not consistent at all. I had my strong nights, then had nights of work overload and I kept pushing the work aside. I would rather relax after work or a sporting practice, while I needed to always attend to my studies immediately after. Grades does not always accurately measure a student’s knowledge, yet it measures a student’s performance.

There are many items that could be handed out while you are marketing.
Marketing is sure an open opportunity to sell our products or ourselves. There are a few things that could be exchanged in marketing. Some could be, business cards, flyers, resume(s), email address, phone numbers, schedules, and samples. These are a few materials that are given or exchanged in marketing.

After given a large data set, how should I react?

If I were given a large data set of sales over the last year of the top 1,000 customers for my company, I would study. I will study the difference trends, reoccurring trends, how the sale was made, median and mode. I will be able to see raw data of how customer spend their money and how the like to spend it. The benefits would help me to increase our sales. With data from our top 1,000 customers, this gives me a chance to see what is going correctly and to build on it.

How important is marketing?
Marketing is taking place when you go to a job interview. You market yourself in any interview or new interaction you encounter. We as individuals are always selling ourselves, for a job, to other people to make friends, and with our passions. I was faced with a position to sell my ability to play basketball at the park. No one knew of me or did not know how I played. While we were shooting around before captains was chose, it was a critical opportunity to prove I was decent even to play. In a pickup game, it is not a guarantee you will be picked on a team. If you show you can play the game and know the rules, you would have a better chance than someone just sitting there. I had to market myself if I wanted a position on a team to play on the basketball court. I wanted to play, so I had to market. Everyday is a new chance to market and show something new. It is a big part of life and something everyone should learn and continue improving.
